When you call the Ticket Hotline number you will be speaking to a member of the Mercury Theatre Box Office, please indicate that you will be making a booking for the Lakeside Theatre and the event that you wish to buy a ticket for and they will do the rest. Mercury Theatre Box Office Hours are 10am-8pm Monday to Saturday.

• Concs: - Our criteria for concessionary rate tickets are anybody who has

retired those on jobseekers allowance and income support, fulltime students, people with disabilities (those accompanying a person with a disability to facilitate their visit are entitled to ask for a complimentary ticket if the ticket is booked in advance), staff at the University of Essex.

• Group Discounts: - One free ticket for groups of ten or more if the tickets are booked in advance (not available online).
