Lyndi Smith

Lyndi trained at the Belgrade Youth Theatre, RADA and more recently in mask, mime-clowning and raga singing with teachers Steve Jarand and Didier Danthois.

Lyndi’s productions as a performer include Three Minute Heroes and Wren’s Last Gift for the Belgrade Theatre, Coventry.

As a director, Lyndi has worked on Four by Four, Hello Boys and Bodytalk at the Belgrade Theatre; Lent, Fantasy Heckler and The Boy with the Bomb in His Crisps for Mad Half Hour; Aladdin for the Roses Theatre, Tewkesbury and Beauty and the Beast for Wish and the Belgrade Theatre, Coventry.

As a writer, Lyndi is responsible for The Boy with the Bomb in his Crisps, You’ve Pulled; Greenfield, Massachusetts and The Land of Nod.

Lyndi also helps run theatre company Mad Half Hour, based in Coventry, which co-produced The Boy with the Bomb in His Crisps with the Mercury.

Currently she is developing Sprout, a piece of theatre with puppet and mask for the under fives.
