Steve Scruton meets panto cast - listen live from 2pm or on Iplayer for the next 7 days!

Having finished his Christmas shopping in Colchester town centre yesterday afternoon, popular BBC Essex presenter Steve Scruton popped into the Mercury Theatre for a chat with the cast of this year's panto as they hot footed it fresh from a matinee performance!

As well as interviewing Cinderella (Elizabeth Brown) and other principle characters from this year's smash hit Mercury panto, Steve then went on stage to meet some of the stage crew, including Vicky-Louise Smith, the DSM ( Deputy Stage Manager), who is in charge of 'the book' and running each performance. Steve then met two of the junior chorus; George & Sophie Harvison - brother and sister from Great Cornard. After a quick tour of the set (with this year’s Christmas carol concert being rehearsed in the background) they took him back to their dressing room for their chance to reveal all!
