MYC 5-8 Jan 25 term
Join the Mercury Young Company!
The Mercury’s main drama company you know and love has expanded to offer more opportunities to the amazing young people we welcome through our doors each week.
MYC Performers will receive weekly training from our Mercury teaching artists, which will develop:
• Voice
• Movement
• Text analysis
• Creating a character
• Scene work
• Improvisation skills
• Acting techniques
Weekly sessions from Tue 7 Jan, 4-5pm. (Please note: no session on Tue 18 Feb)
MYC Bursary
We want as many young people as possible to have access to our creative activities and we do not want someone’s financial situation to be a barrier to taking part. The MYC Bursary exists to enable participants to take part in activity provided by Mercury Theatre. – Please note we are currently at full capacity for bursary places until we receive additional funding. But feel free to still register your interest.
Reserve a place for the year
You can now reserve a place on MYC for the whole year. To reserve a place for the whole year contact our box office team at [email protected]. Payment is due 2 weeks before the start of each term.
MYC T-Shirts
MYC T-shirts can be ordered for £15, either online or via the Box Office.
If your T-shirt gets lost or damaged, you will need to order a new one.
Your young people are expected to wear their T-shirt at all sessions.
