Join us for a Zumba class with a gentler twist!
This fun and relaxed dance fitness session blends Latin and World rhythms, offering all the energy of Zumba at a lower intensity—perfect for active older adults or anyone seeking a more laid-back approach to fitness.
This class, ran by Lilly Defrates, features easy-to-follow choreography designed to help improve balance, range of motion, and coordination, all while keeping things light, enjoyable, and accessible.
Come ready to move, have fun, and leave feeling strong and confident—without the high-impact intensity.
Wear comfortable, breathable workout clothing, and don’t forget a large bottle of water or another hydrating drink to keep you refreshed throughout the class!
