Colchester Military Wives – Valentines Special
This event has been cancelled, we will be contacting all customers that have booked for the show as soon as possible, we are very sorry for the inconvenience. If you have any queries in the meantime please email email@example.com.
The Military Wives are very sorry to be unable to carry out this concert as planned and would like us to pass on the following message:
“It is with deep regret that due to circumstances outside of our control, we are having to cancel our concert on Friday 15th February. Military Wives Choirs have been set up around the world to be a place of support, comfort and strength for ladies whose husbands, wives or partners are serving in our armed forces. The need for such a place is due to many of our families living far away from family and friends, moving to new places every few years and then for their partners to be away on deployment or exercise, leaving their families to find their way in unknown towns. It’s these circumstances that affect us now, postings, deployment and loved ones needing our care and support which leaves us with too few numbers to give a full concert that you deserve to see. We will be back in the not too distant future when we are all present and able. Thank you for your support! we hope, soon, to entertain you once again.”
Colchester Military Wives Choir
Following on from Gareth Malone’s success the Colchester Military Wives Choir goes from strength to strength. Now they are back at the Mercury Theatre for a Valentines weekend special. Having previously performed to sell out audiences here over the past four years they will romance us with their songs and reflect on the strength and support we can offer each other when we are in need.
