From Made In Colchester to Make It
Did you know the Mercury Theatre annually works with over 22,000 people in participatory activity?
That’s almost the same number of people who come and see the Panto! If your answer was ‘no’ to the first question you’re not alone…for over 20 years the Mercury has delivered outstanding creative activities for people across Essex and beyond without really telling its story!
The Creative Learning and Talent programme has been through a process of evolution over the last four years, from being known as Community & Education to Learning & Participation to now being Creative Learning & Talent. Martin Russell, Head of Creative Learning and Talent, will talk through this development explaining the reasons behind the need to narrate the vital work the Mercury Theatre does to support young people, underrepresented communities, schools and early career professionals.
This event is for Supporters of the Mercury. For more information on becoming a Supporter, click here.
