Content to consider: Whilst some characters express opinions typical of 1920s England, which might be considered mildly offensive by modern audiences, the work as a whole is a celebration of diversity and the power of positive change. There will be a flash effect used in the show.

When anything goes, things get complicated.

In London the Roaring Twenties are swinging to a jazzy new beat, but life at Liberty Hall remains as stiflingly traditional as ever. Lady Martha Manly has brought her new fiancé home knowing her Aunt Agatha is bound to disapprove, but other difficulties lie in wait. Her brother and her fiancé served together in the trenches of the First World War, and share a secret that threatens the future of the whole family.

Liberty Hall is a hilarious, toe-tapping 1920s romp, set to an original jazz score, that reminds us some kinds of Happily Ever After were more complicated than others.
