Meet Santa

A Magical Storytime and Santa Experience

This Christmas, we’re bringing the holiday magic to life with a special opportunity to meet Santa! In partnership with The Ho Ho Ho Christmas Show, we’re excited to offer kids and their families a chance to enjoy a truly magical moment at the Mercury.

Step into our cosy Studio Theatre for a charming holiday storytime, followed by a personal meet-and-greet with Santa. Your little ones will have the chance to chat with Santa, share their wishes, and receive a special Christmas gift.

Useful Information

Your Santa experience will last approximately 20 minutes. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Each child will receive a gift that’s perfect for ages 3+. Babes in arms are welcome to join their siblings for free, but will not receive a present from Santa.

Tickets are £8 for per child, this includes a space for one adult to accompany them and a gift from Santa.

Your child will be seated on the floor of Santa’s workshop (in the Studio), and parents will be seated within the first two rows of the Studio. If this is an issue, please speak to one of our ushers.

You do not need to have tickets to The Ho Ho Ho Christmas Show or our pantomime The New Adventures of Peter Pan to book the Meet Santa experience, however we do of course recommend making a fabulous festive day of it if you can!

Space is limited, and we expect this festive experience to be a popular one. Be sure to book early to secure your spot and avoid disappointment!

Please ensure you let us know about any accessibility requirements when booking, so our team are aware and can give you a great experience!

There will be snow, which falls onto the children sat on the floor of Santa’s workshop (in the Studio). It is very fine and melts away like water, if you have any concerns, please speak to one of our ushers.
