Pilates: Prenatal and Postnatal
Join us for Pilates specifically tailored to mummies to be and parents and their little ones! Pilates is a fantastic workout for women of any trimester and new parents – it is a low impact exercise that helps to create, maintain and slowly build muscle tone without straining yourself or the baby. Please feel free to bring your baby along to enjoy the session too! Delivered in partnership with Le Barre.
Each parent will experience different changes emotionally through hormones and physical changes, we are here to help you along your journey and keep your bodies moving! Tight-fitting clothing is advisable as this allows your instructor to assess your form and alignment and guide you for the best results. But please wear breathable activewear that you feel comfortable in. Comfort is key! Pilates socks must be worn (for comfort and safety).
