Tony’s Last Tape
Tony Benn (Philip Bretherton) sits in a room faced with a collection of recording devices amassed throughout his eventful life. For more than fifty years he has recorded everything that has happened to him and, as the years have passed, so the burden of this documentation has grown. Today, he has decided to make his last tape.
This critically acclaimed play examines the struggle of a man who realises that maybe it’s time to withdraw from the fight, but just doesn’t know how.
