Mercury Tickets Christmas Opening Hours

We hope all of our visitors have a holly jolly festive season!

Our magical Mercury pantomime, Cinderella, will run at our Mercury at Abbey Field venue until Sun 5 Jan. This venue opens 90 minutes before each performance starts.

Our Mercury Tickets box office location in Red Lion Yard will be open and our Customer Experience Team will be merrily selling tickets in person and over the phone during the following hours:

23rd December 10:30-5:30
24th December 10-4
25th December CLOSED – Happy Christmas!
26th December CLOSED
27th December 10:30-5:30
