Looking at story structure, redrafting, the commissioning process, funding applications and how to stage your own work this is a workshop for people who have already started on the path to becoming a theatre practitioner.
Including text analysis, writing exercises, tips on how to complete an ACE application, set up your own theatre company, present yourself and your work as a professional artist and build relationships with theatres.
For adults and ages 16+. Experience needed: participants should have previously had some engagement with the arts and play writing.
This workshop will be run by Kenneth Emson.
