For the tenth Stand Up For Diversity we are working alongside the Essex Cultural Diversity Project and Essex Book Festival to bring people together and celebrate diversity in theatre and the performing arts, and in our communities.

Our comperes for the evening are two Mercury Associates; Chileya Mwampulo, actor, playwright and director, and Gail Egbeson, writer, actor and comedian. Together they will welcome on stage a variety of speakers, who have each been offered three minutes for short sharp shout-outs about themselves, their work, and why diversity matters.

There will be time for nattering and networking with refreshments, as part of the event.

  • All welcome.
  • Free event, but booking is required
