The Comedy Network (May)
We are excited to welcome back Avalon Comedy after a successful launch of The Comedy Network and our summer Fringe Preview specials last year.
The Comedy Network is a monthly series of laugh out loud comedy nights, featuring the best up-and-coming comedians – we can promise you a great night with lots of laughs and talent!
Previous guests have included Sophie Duker (Taskmaster), Jayde Adams (contestant on the recent series of Strictly Come Dancing) Simon Brodkin (also known as Lee Nelson), Eleanor Tiernan (who has had many stints at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival) and many more.
May’s line-up includes Steve Bugeja (hosted BBC Radio 4 series Economics with Subtitles, The Russell Howard Hour, co-creator and star of ITV2’s hit sitcom Buffering), Annie McGrath (an Edinburgh Fringe regular, Channel 4’s Sparks, and writing credits include A League of Their Own and Fantasy Football League) and Andrew Mensah (winner of The Cavendish Arms Summer Competition 2019, BT Sport’s What I Wore and Sky’s Fantasy Football League).
