Executive Producer

The Mercury Theatre is seeking new artistic leadership.
We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial and proven Executive Producer to work closely with our Executive Director as joint CEOs to steer the venue’s artistic programme. The successful candidate will have a compelling vision for the Mercury as an artistic hub at the centre of cultural life in Colchester. As the only full time producing theatre in Essex, the Mercury is a significant player in the national and regional theatre ecology.
The successful candidate will provide inspirational leadership and will be instrumental in the creation and oversight of our diverse artistic programme.
