World Aids Day
Mercury Theatre, in partnership with Colchester Pride and Terrence Higgins Trust, presents an evening of participation, remembrance, inclusion, information, education and performance to mark World AIDS Day.
This special evening in our café bar will include guest speakers, performances and charity stalls.
In creating a safe space in which to gather, there will also be an opportunity for reflection, remembrance and a candle-lit one-minute silence.
The line-up is: Shar Cooterie as compere, Aria Close and Hic Sumus choir – a new Colchester-based LGBTQ+ choir.
This event is free, and there’s no need to book – just turn up!
