Tots Twinkles/Stars Bursary Form

We have three bursary places available for Mercury Tots Twinkles/Stars. These spaces will be provide a space in each Tots session up until the end of December.

Would you like your child to attend Tots Twinkles or Tots Stars?
We recommend that once your child is a confident walker they move up to Tots Stars even if they are under 18 months.
 
Can you attend every Tuesday morning Tots Stars/ Twinkles Session from April to December (excluding holidays/half terms)?
Other than an illness or doctors appointments etc.
